FAQs
If the answer is complicated, I will say so.
Taking TREMODI
Tremodi comes from two Italian words: tre and modi. Three, and ways. There are three pathways the body uses to make NAD+: one starting from the amino acid tryptophan, one from nicotinic acid, and one that recycles nicotinamide and nicotinamide riboside, known as the salvage pathway. TREMODI is built around that third one, deliberately, using Nicotinamide Riboside as the precursor. Three ways to make NAD+. I picked the one with the strongest research behind it at a dose that matters.
Two capsules, in the morning, with food. Specifically food that contains healthy fat. Several ingredients in TREMODI are fat-soluble, including CoQ10, Trans-Resveratrol, and BioPerine®. Pharmacokinetic research consistently points to dietary fat at the same meal as helpful for absorption. Avocado, eggs, full-fat yoghurt, a handful of walnuts. Or a boiled egg on the way out the door. The science just needs the fat to be there.
It depends on your biology and what your days ask of you, and I will not pretend otherwise. That said, some women notice a quieter quality within the first few days, less reactive, a little more room before the snap. The deeper shift in energy and clarity builds over weeks. Some women notice a difference in the first couple of weeks. For many it is the second month before it becomes something they would not want to be without.
Nothing catastrophic. Take it the next morning as normal. Do not double up. The compounds in TREMODI are studied in the context of consistent daily supplementation, not single doses. One missed day is nothing. Consistency is the point.
Technically yes. But I would not recommend it for two reasons. First, the fat-soluble ingredients absorb significantly better with food. Second, some people find capsules on a completely empty stomach uncomfortable. Even a small amount of food with healthy fat makes a meaningful difference to how the formula performs.
Yes. Coffee does not interfere with the ingredients in TREMODI. If your morning is coffee first, food after, take TREMODI with the food. The fat matters more than the timing of the caffeine.
Two capsules is the serving. I set the doses at levels the research conversation supports, there is no benefit to taking more, and I do not recommend it. More is not better when the doses are already where they need to be.
Yes. And they do.
The Formula
Both NR and NMN are studied as NAD+ precursors, and there is genuine science behind NMN. I chose NR for two plain reasons. First, NR is cleared for sale in the UK as an authorised novel food, with its safety formally assessed. NMN has not cleared that bar here, and its UK status is unsettled. Second, NR has the longer record of completed human trials at the 300mg dose range TREMODI uses, while NMN's strongest evidence is still arriving. I will always follow the evidence.
Here is the honest reason. Ubiquinol typically costs three to five times more per gram than Ubiquinone, and that cost would pass straight through to retail. The body converts Ubiquinone to Ubiquinol naturally during absorption. TREMODI is designed to support that conversion: taken with the fat-containing meal I recommend, alongside the BioPerine® in the formula that supports absorption of fat-soluble compounds. I could have specified Ubiquinol and pushed TREMODI to a price point I did not want it to live at. I chose to keep TREMODI as accessible as I could without compromising on the rest of the formula. That meant Ubiquinone.
Because nine were right. Every ingredient in TREMODI is there because the research conversation supports it, the dose is meaningful, and the formula coheres around it. Adding more would mean diluting doses, increasing cost, or including things that sound impressive but add little. I chose the opposite of that.
Because the colour protects what is inside. CoQ10 and PQQ are light-sensitive compounds. The red capsule shell shields them from light degradation, preserving their stability. The bottle does the same job. Nothing about TREMODI is accidental. Including the colour.
Because there is no shortcut to a real dose. Nine ingredients at levels that match the research take up actual space, and TREMODI carries no fillers, flow agents, or bulking agents to shrink that down. What you see in the capsule is the formula. Nothing padded, nothing added just to make it smaller.
If you find it a bit much to swallow, you are not alone, and there is a trick. Tip your chin down, not back. Capsules float, so tilting forward sends them toward the back of your throat instead of away from it. My mother swore by it long before TREMODI existed. It still works.
Yes. Both the formula ingredients and the capsule shell are fully vegan.
TREMODI does not contain gluten, dairy, soy, or nuts as intentional ingredients. It is manufactured in a facility that handles multiple supplements. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before purchasing and we will provide full manufacturing information.
TREMODI is manufactured in the UK by Lifesource Supplements Ltd, GMP and HACCP certified, independently audited by Eurofins Assurance UK. I found them after a long search. They understood exactly what I was trying to build and why every dose decision was made. I am proud of the partnership.
Medications and health conditions
TREMODI is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. I do not make claims about its effect on any medical condition or in combination with any prescribed medication. The note below is for your awareness, not medical advice.
The research into statins and CoQ10 is exactly why you are asking, and I know it. TREMODI contains 100mg of CoQ10, which is why this supplement finds its way into that conversation. What I cannot do is tell you what is right for your specific prescription. Your prescribing doctor knows your case. I do not.

Rhodiolife® and L-Theanine are the two ingredients most relevant to this question. Both have been studied in research touching on stress resilience, mood regulation, and nervous system function. One exception worth flagging: Rhodiola may have mild serotonergic activity, which makes it worth a conversation with your doctor if you are on SSRIs or SNRIs specifically. That is a short conversation and worth having before you start.

Resveratrol and Quercetin have both been studied in research that touches on platelet function. If you are on anticoagulant medication including Warfarin, Apixaban, or Rivaroxaban, please consult your doctor before taking TREMODI. This is an area where your prescribing physician needs to be part of the conversation.

GLP-1 medications slow gastric emptying and reduce appetite, which often means less dietary fat than usual. CoQ10, Trans-Resveratrol, and BioPerine® are fat-soluble and absorb best with food that contains healthy fat, so if you're eating less, take TREMODI with something small that contains fat. Whether TREMODI is right for you alongside a GLP-1 prescription is a question for your prescriber, who knows your case.
Yes, and the two work in different energy systems. Creatine supports the phosphocreatine pathway: short, high-intensity bursts. TREMODI is built around NAD+ precursor support and mitochondrial efficiency. These are complementary rather than competing. No known harmful interactions between any ingredient in TREMODI and creatine.
Perimenopause and menopause are life stages during which many women take more careful stock of what they put into their bodies. TREMODI is not a treatment for either, and I make no claims about specific symptoms. The ingredients in TREMODI represent a formula that takes seriously the cellular demands of a body working hard. If you are on HRT or any hormonal medication, speak with your GP before adding TREMODI.

TREMODI is not a treatment for endometriosis. What matters here is the treatment you already have. If you are managing the condition with hormonal medication of any kind, speak with your specialist before adding anything new. When you do, mention TREMODI specifically. Quercetin is one ingredient worth flagging in that conversation.
This is not medical advice. Please consult your GP or specialist.
I do not recommend taking TREMODI during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Not because there is evidence of harm, but because clinical research on longevity compounds in pregnancy is limited and the responsible position is caution. Please speak with your midwife or GP.
Buying TREMODI
TREMODI will be available on Amazon UK and directly from giaquantia.com at launch. Amazon is convenient and comes with Amazon's own buyer protection. The website is where subscription pricing lives and where I can build a direct relationship with you.
Not as a public option at launch. TREMODI launches with two one-time tiers: Begin (one bottle, £44.95) and Build (three bottles, £124.95). I'm offering a founder's-rate subscription to a limited number of people during the launch period — if that's relevant to you, keep an eye on your inbox, as I reach out personally rather than listing it here. Once TREMODI moves to its standard price, subscription becomes a self-serve option for everyone on the site.
If you are not satisfied with TREMODI, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will make it right. We stand behind the formula. We also understand that supplements are not one-size-fits-all.
Currently TREMODI ships within the UK only. International shipping is something I am working toward. If you are outside the UK and would like to be notified when it launches there, join the Spark List and you will be first to know.
About GQL
No. I built TREMODI because I could not find it. Everything affordable was a marketing trick. Everything that probably worked cost £350 or more a month. Nobody had built the thing I actually wanted. So I built it myself. Judge TREMODI on the formula, the doses, and the transparency. Not the marketing.
I bought into plenty of it myself before I knew any better: promises to cure something, dementia, ageing itself, "wrinkles gone overnight" claims, and the pricing games, £60 suddenly knocked off, £120 of free gifts thrown in. None of it added up once I started reading labels properly. It told me the product was oversold before I'd even opened the box. That's why I check every dosage, ingredient and health statement on this site against the underlying evidence, and write it to a standard that would satisfy the Advertising Standards Authority and MHRA, not just to sound impressive. If I haven't seen the data myself, it doesn't go on the label or the page. It's also why the price is the price. I never inflated it to start with, so there's nothing to knock off.
Eighteen months ago I was running restaurants. Now I am obsessed. If I only ever sell it to myself, it would have been worth it. But I promise you this is not the last.
