How TREMODI Works
Plain science. No overreach. What the formula does, how to take it, and what to honestly expect.
The NAD+ pathway
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every living cell. It is involved in hundreds of metabolic reactions, including energy production in the mitochondria, DNA repair via PARP enzymes, and regulation of the sirtuin proteins that are central to longevity research. NAD+ levels are known to decline with age, and this decline has been studied in the context of cellular energy, cognitive function, and metabolic health.
TREMODI does not deliver NAD+ directly. NAD+ itself is a large, charged molecule that does not readily cross the cell membrane, which is why direct NAD+ supplementation has limited effect at the cellular level. Instead, TREMODI provides Nicotinamide Riboside (NR), a vitamin B3 form that the body converts to NAD+ via its own cellular machinery. This is why NR, not NAD+ itself, is the form used in published human trials.
The formula pairs NR with TMG (trimethylglycine), a methyl donor, because the NAD+ biosynthesis pathway uses methyl groups. This pairing appears throughout the longevity research literature, which is part of why TREMODI includes both.
The remaining seven ingredients, Rhodiola Rosea, Quercetin, L-Theanine, Trans-Resveratrol, CoQ10, PQQ, and BioPerine®, each address a different part of the same broad picture: cellular energy, stress resilience, mitochondrial function, and the absorption of fat-soluble compounds.
Pathway 1 · Cellular energy
Pathway 2 · Stress resilience
Pathway 3 · Cellular protection
Plus BioPerine® (black pepper extract), which improves the body's absorption of the fat-soluble ingredients above — CoQ10, PQQ, Trans-Resveratrol and Quercetin.
How to take it
Two capsules. Morning. With food.
- Take two capsules. Two capsules is the serving. The doses in TREMODI are set at levels the research conversation supports. Do not take more.
- In the morning. Morning is best. Taking TREMODI consistently at the same time each day is more important than the exact timing.
- With food and fat. Several ingredients in TREMODI are fat-soluble. Taking it with food containing healthy fat, eggs, avocado, yoghurt, nuts, is part of how the formula is designed to work.
- Every day. Consistency is the point. TREMODI is not a single-dose compound. The compounds build over weeks of consistent supplementation. One missed day is nothing. Stopping and starting is something.
What to expect
It builds. It doesn't announce itself.
Early on
A quieter start
Some women notice something quiet in the first few days: a little less reactive, a little more room before the snap. Not dramatic. Often just noticeably less rattled. Biology varies, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Settling in
A baseline that holds
For some, sustained energy starts to shift next: not a spike, a baseline that holds a little better through the afternoon. This is not universal, and we are not going to promise you a date.
The longer game
The part that takes time
The deeper changes, the ones tied to NAD+ levels and mitochondrial function, take longer to show up than the quick stuff. That is consistent with how these compounds are studied. For many women it takes real, sustained use before TREMODI becomes something they would not want to be without.
TREMODI is a food supplement. We make no claims about what it will do for any individual. These are descriptions of what women have shared and what the research has examined, not guarantees.
