These Terms and Conditions govern your use of giaquantia.com and your purchase of products from Gia Quantia Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “GQL”). 2. Accepting these Terms

By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

3. Our products

Food supplement disclaimer

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescribed medication, or are under 18 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product at any time without notice. We will notify you if a product you have ordered is unavailable and will offer you a full refund.

4. Ordering and contract formation

By placing an order you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, and that you are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; prices applicable to your order are those in force at the time you place your order. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at tremodi@giaquantialabs.com.

7. Your right to cancel and returns

Statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer purchasing from our website you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, provided the products are unopened, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, email us at tremodi@giaquantialabs.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction and will cover the price of the goods and standard delivery charges.

Exceptions

Your right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been opened, unsealed, or used (for hygiene and health protection reasons, in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and branding, is the property of Gia Quantia Labs Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from this website for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid by you for that order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
