The Formula
Nine ingredients. Each one chosen because the research interested us and the dose is one the research conversation supports. Nothing is here at 40mg just so we could write it on the label.
Our approach
Not a vanity number in sight. Every dose earns its place.
The supplement industry has a habit of writing impressive numbers on labels. 1500mg sounds better than 150mg. But 1500mg of a plant extract standardised to 1% active compound delivers less than 150mg of the same extract at 10%. The number is the marketing. The dose is the science.
Every ingredient in TREMODI sits at a dose the research conversation supports. Sometimes that is the dose used in published trials. Sometimes it is the standard formulating dose for that compound in capsule form. Either way, it is honest, and we explain it.
There is a second number worth questioning: the length of the list itself. More ingredients reads as more for your money, right up until you divide a single capsule between all of them and most turn out to be present in amounts too small to matter. We chose the other path. Nine ingredients, each at a dose the research supports. Depth over breadth. Not a longer list, a considered one.
The nine ingredients
Open every one. Nothing to hide. Tap any ingredient to see what it is, why it is here, and the research it sits within.
01 · Nicotinamide Riboside · 300mg
What it is. Nicotinamide Riboside is a form of vitamin B3. The body converts it to NAD+, a coenzyme present in every living cell and involved in energy metabolism, DNA repair, and a wide range of other biological processes. NAD+ is known to decline with age.
Why it is in TREMODI. NAD+ has become one of the most studied molecules in longevity science. Research has examined its role in mitochondrial function, in the sirtuin pathway, and in the cellular repair systems involving PARP enzymes. We chose 300mg because it sits within the dose range used in published human trials. Not a token amount. A considered one.
Why NR, not NMN: you will more often see NMN on a longevity label, and there is genuine science behind it. We chose NR for two plain reasons. NR is cleared for sale in the UK as an authorised novel food, its safety formally assessed. NMN has not cleared that bar here, and its UK status is unsettled. And NR has the longer record of completed human trials at the 300mg dose we use, while NMN's strongest evidence is still arriving.

02 · TMG · 300mg
What it is. Trimethylglycine, also known as betaine, is a compound found in beetroot, spinach, and certain whole grains. In the body it donates methyl groups, a process involved in gene expression, DNA repair, and the metabolism of homocysteine.
Why it is in TREMODI. The conversion of NR to NAD+ in the body uses methyl groups. Researchers have explored this, which is why methyl donors like TMG are often discussed alongside NR in the longevity literature. The dose in TREMODI is lower than the doses studied in standalone homocysteine trials, which typically use grams. We use 300mg because it pairs sensibly with the NR alongside it, not as a treatment for any condition on its own.

03 · Rhodiola Rosea (Rhodiolife®) · 200mg
What it is. Rhodiola Rosea is a flowering plant from the high altitudes of Europe and Asia, used in traditional herbal practice for centuries. The extract used in TREMODI is Rhodiolife®, a standardised, studied form with consistent levels of the active compounds rosavins and salidroside.
Why it is in TREMODI. Rhodiola is one of the most researched botanicals in the broad category of fatigue and stress, with a long tradition of use in northern Europe and central Asia. We chose Rhodiolife specifically because standardisation matters. A Rhodiola extract that is not characterised for active compounds is a different ingredient every time you buy it. Rhodiolife is the same profile in every capsule.

04 · Quercetin Dihydrate · 150mg
What it is. Quercetin is a flavonoid found naturally in onions, apples, capers, and green tea, one of the most widely studied plant compounds in nutritional research. In TREMODI it is present as Quercetin Dihydrate, the form most commonly examined in human trials.
Why it is in TREMODI. Flavonoids are a major area of interest in research on inflammation, oxidative stress, and metabolic biology. Quercetin in particular has appeared in longevity-focused research alongside other compounds, including in the senescent cell literature. We chose it because it is a well-studied compound at a sensible dose.

05 · L-Theanine · 150mg
What it is. L-Theanine is an amino acid found almost exclusively in tea leaves. TREMODI uses a synthetic L-Theanine, chemically identical to the form found in tea, produced through an enzymatic process to deliver the pure L-isomer. We chose a synthetic source over a green-tea extract for a simple reason: consistency. A characterised L-Theanine is the same molecule in every capsule.
Why it is in TREMODI. Demanding lives create chronic cognitive load. L-Theanine has been examined in research on stress markers, cortisol response, and subjective measures of calm focus. We chose it because the research interests us, the dose sits within trial-studied levels, and most products in this category ignore the nervous system entirely.

06 · Trans-Resveratrol · 100mg
What it is. Resveratrol is a polyphenol produced by certain plants under stress, found in red grape skin, blueberries, and Japanese knotweed. Trans-Resveratrol is the biologically active form. TREMODI uses 98% pure Trans-Resveratrol, not a standardised extract diluted with inert material.
Why it is in TREMODI. Resveratrol has been the subject of extensive longevity research, with particular focus on the sirtuin pathway and on mitochondrial biology. The evidence base is wide, and it is evolving. We chose to include it because we use a pure form at a research-relevant dose, and because the conversation continues to produce new work. You will see resveratrol sold at 500mg, 1000mg, sometimes more. More looks like better. But resveratrol is poorly absorbed on its own, and most of a large dose is broken down before it ever reaches the bloodstream. We use 100mg of a 98% pure form, alongside the BioPerine in the formula that research has examined for its effect on how much resveratrol the body takes up. The aim is a dose your body can use, not a number that looks impressive on a label.

07 · CoQ10 Ubiquinone · 100mg
What it is. Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble compound found in every cell of the body, concentrated in the mitochondria. It plays a role in the electron transport chain, the cellular process that produces ATP. CoQ10 levels are known to decline with age.
Why it is in TREMODI. CoQ10 is one of the most extensively studied compounds in cellular biology. Research has examined it across cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic outcomes, with the Cochrane Collaboration revisiting the evidence base more than once. A note on this ingredient: TREMODI uses Ubiquinone, the oxidised form of CoQ10, rather than the more expensive Ubiquinol. The body converts Ubiquinone to Ubiquinol naturally during absorption. TREMODI is designed to support that conversion: taken with the fat-containing meal we recommend, alongside the BioPerine in the formula. We chose Ubiquinone to keep TREMODI as accessible as we could without compromising on the rest of the formula.

08 · PQQ · 10mg
What it is. Pyrroloquinoline quinone is a quinone-class compound studied for its relationship with mitochondrial biology. It is present at low levels in some foods including fermented soybeans, parsley, and certain teas.
Why it is in TREMODI. Among the compounds in mitochondrial research, PQQ has drawn attention for its association with mitochondrial biogenesis, the process by which new mitochondria form within cells. 10mg is the standard formulating dose used in capsule-form supplements, and it pairs naturally with the other mitochondrial-relevant compounds in TREMODI.
The research. Itoh et al · Adv Exp Med Biol 2016
09 · BioPerine® · 5mg
What it is. BioPerine® is a patented black pepper extract standardised to 95% piperine. Pharmacokinetic research has examined piperine's effect on the enzymes and transporters involved in the digestive breakdown of other compounds.
Why it is in TREMODI. Several ingredients in TREMODI are subject to rapid breakdown in the digestive tract. BioPerine is here to address that. 5mg is the standard dose Sabinsa, the patent holder, formulates BioPerine for in capsule supplements. Taken with a fat-containing meal as TREMODI is designed to be, it does the job it is here to do.

The stack
Chosen with the research in mind. TREMODI is not nine ingredients dropped into a capsule at random. Four pairings within the formula appear together throughout the research literature, which is part of why they appear together here.
NR + TMG · A methylation-aware pairing
The conversion of NR to NAD+ in the body uses methyl groups. Researchers have explored this, and methyl donors like TMG often appear in NR-related conversations. TREMODI includes both because the literature treats them as sensible companions.
CoQ10 + PQQ + NR · Three compounds, three research conversations
All three appear in mitochondrial research, examined in different parts of the same biology. NR in the context of NAD+ availability. CoQ10 in the electron transport chain. PQQ in mitochondrial biogenesis. Each is its own research conversation, and we chose all three deliberately.
Resveratrol + BioPerine® · A pairing the literature already discusses
Trans-Resveratrol is fat-soluble. Pharmacokinetic research has examined how poorly it is absorbed on its own, and what changes when taken with absorption-enhancing compounds. BioPerine appears in many of these conversations.
Rhodiolife® + L-Theanine · A nervous system pairing
Both work on the nervous system rather than the cellular machinery the rest of the formula targets. Rhodiola is researched in the context of fatigue and stress resilience. L-Theanine is researched in the context of stress markers, cortisol response, and calm focus. TREMODI pairs them deliberately, not as an afterthought.
Behind the formula
The people who made it possible. Finding the right manufacturer was its own education. Over twenty conversations. Half wanted to sell us a white label with our name on it. The other half assumed we didn't know what we were asking for.
We did. Every meeting that went nowhere brought us closer to the one that did. A manufacturer who took one look at the formula and understood exactly why every ingredient was there, at that dose, in that form.
“We're glad we found honest people. Without them, TREMODI doesn't exist. Not at this quality. Not at this price.”

Verification
What we are willing to show you. Transparent doses are the easy part. The harder part is the paperwork most brands quietly skip. I don't.
GMP and HACCP certified manufacturing
TREMODI is made by Lifesource Supplements Ltd, a UK facility independently audited by Eurofins Assurance UK against Good Manufacturing Practice and HACCP food safety standards. The certificates are published as documents, not summarised in a paragraph.
Certificate of Analysis
Every batch of TREMODI is tested for identity, potency, and contaminants. The Certificate of Analysis for batch one will be published on this page on launch day, and every subsequent batch CoA after it. No proprietary blends. Nothing to hide behind.
No therapeutic claims
It would be easy to make bigger promises. Cures, reversals, guarantees, the language this category reaches for by default. I didn't reach for it. TREMODI is a food supplement. It does not treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Where a mechanism is described or a study cited, that is what researchers have examined, not what TREMODI will do for you. That is not a hedge. It is the whole point.
How to take TREMODI
Two capsules. Morning. With food.
- Several ingredients in TREMODI are fat-soluble, including CoQ10, Trans-Resveratrol, and BioPerine®. Pharmacokinetic research consistently points to the same thing: dietary fat at the same meal helps.
- Taking TREMODI with healthy fats is part of how the formula is designed to perform.
- Avocado, eggs, full-fat yoghurt, a handful of walnuts, smoked salmon, or a boiled egg on the way out the door. The science just needs the fat to be there.
